3 Reasons Why People Get Acne

Acne is a terrible skin condition affecting millions of people around the world. Many spend their whole life trying to find something that works and often wind up wasting hundreds of dollars on treatments that are expensive and not customized to their specific skin and acne problems. While, there are many generic home remedies, they are cost-effective and easily accessible meaning you can try them all to find the right one or combination of treatments for you. Learn how to get rid of acne naturally with a few quick to make and easy to use home remedies.

To know how to get rid of acne you need to understand why we get acne in the first place. To approach both the problems and solutions of acne we'll go through the top three reasons why people get acne and provide you with the tools to get rid of it.

1. Internal Toxins

Toxins are all around you in the environment and daily life, but you also have toxins in your body that your body works around the clock to fight and work to keep you from getting sick. When your body has too many toxins or infections you will likely sweat more or spike a fever, this causes the toxins to come out through your pores and cause pimples to appear. A pimple is no more than an infected pore. When the pore is clean and clear, your skin will be too. In order to combat these infections, you need to have skin that is clean and protected. Toners are great protecting agents for toxins and help to balance the skin as you release toxins. One great home remedy for toner is Papaya juice. Apply all over your face, let sit for fifteen to twenty minutes, then rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer.

2. Excessive Oiliness

Oily skin causes dirt and oil to clog the pores which can allow bacteria to grow and infections to start, which causes the pimples to show up. By keeping your face clean you can avoid this build up of oil and dirt. One great remedy for cleaners is to mix equal parts Rosewater (which can be found at most health food stores and many pharmacies) and lime juice. This solution can be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks for easy accessibility.

3. Dead Skin Cells

Dead skin cells are harmful in the same way that excessive dirt and oil are. When you don't take the time to exfoliate or use a weekly mask your dead skin cells sit there and are an open invitation for bacteria to settle into pores. Pores are tighter when fresh skin is on top and this keeps dirt and oil from clogging them. A great mask to use if you have dry skin is a paste made from oatmeal and water. If you don't have dry skin, make a paste out of baking soda and water. Both masks can be allowed to dry, and then rinsed off with warm water. Always apply a mask at the end of your day, so your skin will be clean for a period of time. Follow up with a moisturizer and enjoy your bright new skin.

Acne can be cured naturally and fast from home using some great home remedies. Acne can effect some people their whole lives, but acne mostly affects people in their teenage years. Not all acne has to be treated with medication, their are lots of natural remedies to rid your face, back and neck of pimples. Here are 7 home remedy tips for curing your acne. Please make sure that you have no allergies or reactions to the following products before use. 1. Natural honey applied to the area can reduce spots. 2. Lemon juice mixed with cinnamon (1 teaspoon). Apply to the affected area 3. Toothpaste, not a myth it actually works. Only apply directly on the acne, not on the skin around the affected area as this cause the skin to dry out. 4. A face mask made of fresh mint applied before bedtime can help reduce acne. This will also work for blackheads and other skin conditions like eczema. 5. If you suffer from back acne, make sure you wear cotton clothing, as this is one of the kindest materials for the skin. Applying talcum powder can help, but in some cases this might make the acne worse, please use with caution. 6. Washing your face, neck or back can help some people. In some cases this can also dry out the skin, leading to more skin conditions. 7. Lime water mixed with rose water applied to the acne area can help. Remember that all the above methods must be used with caution. Try some of the methods on a small area first, before doing the whole area.

Sorry, but there is no acne system that can get rid of acne in a few days. Especially not in Rite Aid.

Make a home-made mask, the one I use is made up of: sugar, honey, green tea, fat free natural yoghurt and aloe vera, you don't even have to use all of the ingredients if you don't have them... this really works, I have acne and i used this mask and my spots cleared up within 3 days. Remember to do steam before this or rinse you face with warm water to open your pores. Leave the mask on for about 15-25 minutes? Use a toner and moisturizer after it. Hope it helps :)

Clean & Clear's Advanced Acne Control Kit did miracles for me, but it is a bit drying, so pick up a good oil-free moisturizer, Clean and Clear also has some good ones, you'll find it right by the kit.

In a few days? I dunno, but take anti biotics daily, i've got acne too and after a week you do start to see the differance :D Try going to your doctor first though, becuase they might be able to give you a kind of sensitive cream or give you anti biotics like mine gave me :) If (s)he does give you anti biotics just wash with a sensitive soap (dove?) or something daily like normal :)

The only thing that i've used that makes a difference quickly is Biore triple action astringent. it looks like this: acne.org/ images/ products/ biore-astringent-large.jpg but that did work (not totally, but noticeably) over night the first time i used it. it takes a few days to make a difference now but i've been using it for a while and my skin builds up a resistance to stuff like that.

Sudocrem is pretty good although I don't know if it'll work as quickly as a few days.

Yes acne is a totally normal thing to go through, almost everyone at one point of their life had a pimple. For some its just one or two, but for others it can become a big problem. The key is to find out what is causing the problem in the first place, and treat that first. For teenagers having acne can result in allot of emotional and self esteem problems, and can be very hard to over come. I myself have struggled with acne for many years when I was 13 right up to a few years ago at the age of 20, when I finally got fed up and got the nerve to call my doctor. I eventually did go see a dermatologist and started to learn about the skin and why acne happens. I got very interested in it, which led me to studying advanced skin care and becoming a certified aesthetician. The first thing you should know is why you even have acne in the first place, then you can start working on the underlining cause of the problem and treat everything. Sure you can use all the over the counter and home remedy tricks in the book and they may help your current breakouts, but there will always be ones that follow. Actually remedies that usually give fast results do the most damage to your skin. Acne in teenagers and young adults is primarily caused by hormones. Having imbalances in hormones causes excess sebum (oil) in the skin. Pimples are formed when that sebum mixes with dirt and clogs a pore. The white puss that comes out is actually you bodies own white blood cells trying to get rid of the problem on its own. Hers the thing that I would recommend to you that worked the best for me: I did finally at the age of 20 go to my family doctor about my acne. He prescribed an antibiotic pill and a vitamin A cream to apply. This worked pretty good, but it still wasn’t really stopping the problem. Finally they tried putting me on birth control. That was the key!! This worked more then any acne product out there!! I know that it may sound odd, but this really cures acne and you wont ever have to deal with it again, I only wish I started earlier. Here’s how it works: The birth control is a type of hormone, the kind of hormone you body makes when it is pregnant. Since acne is a result of hormone imbalances, this acts as a stabilizer. The result is less sebum production, thus fewer acne problems. The pill has many other heath benefits as well, not just for acne. It is something you should really talk to your doctor about. and don’t be shy to ask. The birth control is widely prescribed specifically to treat acne, and there are even brands that are strictly for that purpose. Here are some other tips From my professional Knowledge It s also best to keep in mind a good skin care regime. Cleanser then toner. New studies suggest that if you have acne problems it is best not to use a moisturizer as it contains oils and other pore clogging ingredients. Especially bad for skin with acne. If you get a good toner, it actually does a better job then a moisturizer. Most moisturizers just sit on the skin, while toners penetrate the skin. There are some good products out on the market, although very hard to find, however it is best to purchase them from a professional place as the ingredients in them are much more pure. There is also allot less of the not so good ingredients in them, and it will last you longer. A good thing to do is to book an appointment for a facial at a spa. The aesthetician will be able to analyze you skin and refer you to the best products to use. Also if the products don’t work, you can take them back and try something else. They will also perform extractions which is key to treating existing breakouts. This is when they use a special tool called an extractor to extract blackheads and dirt that is clogging the pores. Preventing any future break outs and relieving current ones. Also they can provide specialized treatments to help speed up the healing process, or other underlining problems of the skin. Most people are unaware that certified aestheticians have a very good knowledge of the skin and actually look deeper into the problem and treatment then doctors do. Doctors focuses just on prescription medication, and they do not perform a deep skin analysis, nor do they perform extractions, nor treatments. If you are on a budget however, and cant afford professional products here are some things to keep in mind about choosing a cleanser and toner: -It is important to read the ingredients, and not to buy a product because of the brand name. Stay away from products containing any kind of alcohol, they usually say alcohol or a long word ending in (ethanol) Alcohol is extremely bad for acneiac skin. It is very drying to the skin, and when the skin is too dry your body tries to heal itself and produces more sebum. -Stay away from products containing mineral oil/ petroleum. Mineral oil is very bad for every type of skin. And unfortunately it is in A LOT of products out there. Mineral

I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/ pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at. I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life. I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy. Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful. You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy. Well good luck and best wishes.
